Channel Oaks Section II Property Owners Association
The Channel Oaks Section II POA (CO2POA) was established in April 2020 for the welfare and benefit of Channel Oaks Section II lot owners. The CO2POA operates as a non-profit corporation registered with the State of Texas as Channel Oaks Section II Property Owners Association, Inc.
